    Our high-intensity CrossFit classes combine cardio, strength training, and functional movements. Scalable for all fitness levels, each session is dynamic and guided by certified coaches. Join us for a challenging workout and supportive community.

  • Legends

    Our Legends class is designed for the mature athlete ages. These small group classes with a coach help you get the best workout while keeping your joints moving, muscles strong, and coordination sharp. Reduce injuries and avoid falls while staying active and happy at any age.

  • Teen Program

    Teen Program

    Every summer, we offer an 8-week teen session (ages 12-18). No prior CrossFit experience is required. It’s a great way to keep kids active during the summer or get them conditioned before the fall sports season. SIGN UP for our 2024 session here. (June 17th - August 16th)
