 HOW it Works

Order your beef

Place your order with us to reserve your whole beef, 1/2 beef, 1/4 beef.  The beef will be $4.25/lb hanging weight for whole beef, $4.50/lb for 1/2 beef and $4.75/lb for 1/4 beef. the customer pays the processing fees of 1.01/lb to the processor. Contact for more information or reserve yours at check out. 

Process 

After the steers are grain or grass finished locally on our ranch, they will be brought to the processor. The customer reserves their desired beef, they can then call the processing facility and request how their animal is processed and what cuts they would like. The beef will then be packaged and labeled. 

 Pick-up

Once the beef is processed, options are available for pick-up or delivery. 
Single cut orders will be delivered on Wednesdays of each week. More details will be given upon order.
